I got sickmod 1.0 with weapons fix running 25-60 fps smooth in game. 2 years of owning the game, 600+ hours on the game grinding, or replaying the campaign, and 3 weeks of non stop UN attempts later, it’s over. It will still run on a 2GB card like the GTX 1050, even though it doesnt have the requisite 3GB of VRAM, but you cant even.
